Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a breach of these terms and may result in the immediate termination of your account along with the forfeiture of all funds held within it.
3 Account Management
3.1 Password Security
You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. Do not share your login details with anyone. winlah88 will not be responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your own negligence.
3.2 Identity Verification
To comply with international licensing requirements and to prevent fraud, winlah88 may require identity verification before processing withdrawals. This verification process may involve submitting a copy of your MyKad, bank statement or other relevant documents.
3.3 Account Closure
You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. All pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed, subject to any applicable wagering requirements being fulfilled.
4 Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits
winlah88 accepts deposits via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX Online Banking, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH. The minimum deposit amount for all payment methods is RM20. All successful deposits will be credited to your account immediately or within a short time depending on the payment method chosen.
4.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100. Withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours after the request is confirmed. winlah88 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for withdrawals that exceed certain limits or where there are signs of suspicious activity on the account.
4.3 Payment Methods
Withdrawals will only be processed via the same payment method used for the deposit, for security and compliance purposes. If the original method is unavailable, winlah88 will inform you of a suitable alternative.

5 Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
winlah88 offers a 100% welcome bonus on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM888. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus amount before any winnings from that bonus may be withdrawn.
Calculation example: If you deposit RM100, you will receive a bonus of RM100, bringing your balance to RM200. The wagering requirement is RM100 × 25 = RM2,500 before withdrawal of the bonus is permitted. For a deposit of RM1,800, the maximum bonus of RM888 is awarded, the balance becomes RM2,688 and the wagering requirement is RM888 × 25 = RM22,200.
5.2 VIP Programme
The winlah88 VIP programme offers weekly cashback to eligible members. There are four VIP membership tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum — with weekly cashback rates of up to 0.2%, up to 0.4%, up to 0.6%, and up to 0.8% respectively. Progress to a higher tier depends on a user's betting activity and loyalty on the platform.
5.3 General Promotion Rules
- Each promotion may only be claimed once unless stated otherwise.
- winlah88 reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time without notice.
- Abuse of promotions, including using multiple accounts to claim bonuses, will result in account termination and forfeiture of all winnings.
- Bonuses received cannot be transferred between accounts.
- Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified for each promotion.
6 Game Rules
All games available on the winlah88 platform, including slots, live casino, sports betting, sportsbook and other games, have their own specific rules that should be read before playing. The results of all games are final and cannot be disputed unless a verifiable technical error has occurred.
In the event of a technical disruption, the outcome of affected bets will be determined by the winlah88 technical team based on server data. winlah88 is not responsible for any losses arising from internet connection disruptions on the user's end.
winlah88 reserves the right to void bets suspected of being placed through unfair means, including the use of automation software, hacking or exploitation of system errors.
7 Prohibited Conduct
The following are strictly prohibited on the winlah88 platform:
- Registering multiple accounts with the intent of claiming bonuses or defrauding the system.
- Using automated software, bots or other tools to play or place bets.
- Attempting to hack, damage or disrupt the operation of the platform.
- Money laundering or financing illegal activities through the platform.
- Collusion between players to manipulate game outcomes.
- Any form of fraud or misrepresentation of information to winlah88.
- Using an account for purposes other than lawful personal gambling.
Breaching any provision in this section may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all funds in the account, and appropriate legal action.
8 Account Suspension and Termination

- Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
- Failure to provide requested identity verification documents.
- Requests from law enforcement agencies.
- International licensing compliance requirements.
If an account is terminated due to a breach of terms, winlah88 reserves the right to withhold funds held in that account pending an investigation.
